Horses in the Mist

I was visiting My girlfriends parents, when I went out to try to catch a sunset, but there wasn’t really any.
And just as I was heading back, I came by this field with a lot of deer – and these two horses – I stopped to see if I could get a photo of the herd of deer, but it was as if these two horses would let me get the photo, they came charging in and scared of the deer.
But lucky for me they stayed around, and just “out of the blue” the sky turned bright yellow, and I got an awesome photo of the two horses as you can see above.

Talking about being in the right spot at the right time.

One of My favorite subjects, forest with the sun “behind” it.

I don’t know what is it – properly that I just find them very photogenic – but I always get an urge to make photos when I see scenarios like this.

Today’s My girlfriend Lisa Strøander’s graduation day.
She had this photo – which I made off her last year on a trip to Jutland – hanging on her billboard since she started preparing for her final exam, with the title “Afgang” above it.

“Afgang” is Danish and can mean two things. first off it means “departure”, (referring to Lisa walking away in the photo) and secondly it can also mean graduation, which is kind of self-explanatory in this context.

Congratulations darling.

Well I should be posting photos from Spring and not Autumn. But I don’t really have any Spring photos – yet – and I kind of liked this one.

It was a yellow/orange-colored forest, but I did enhance the colors with Color Efx Pro 2 from Nik Software.
Did I over do it? What do you think?
