The neon cowboy is part of the neon museum in downtown Las Vegas.
My friend Brian convinced me that we should hike up this mountain on the other side of the fjord from where they live. He said we could do it in an hour, but I wasn’t so sure, I mean it was pretty high and steep.
We started to hike out around an hour before sunset, and he was right we did it in an hour, but I was almost dying of exhaustion and had a bad taste of blood in My mouth, when we got to the top, course it was a damn hard trip, I must admit I’m in no shape at all for hiking mountains, and on top of that I had to carry all My photo gear.
But man was it well worth it, I mean the view we had where just amazing.
Thanks for making me believe that I could make the hike, Buddy.
I just started watching the series “Justified” and it is really good, I can highly recommend it. But I’m a bit confused with all the different kind of police you got in the US, I mean we have the Police, the State Trooper, the US Marshall’s and the FBI, but what are their jurisdiction?
The police must be local, right, and the FBI is all over the country, and I guess State Trooper is bound by State, but what about the US Marshall’s where do they belong?
Here’s the trailer for season 1
And that’s exactly have long it takes to go from the ground level to floor 124 (the highest floor you can get to, as a tourist) in Burj Khalifa – 1. minute.
This is the first release from My favorite city in the world – or at least of the ones I’ve visited so far – San Francisco.
It’s hard to describe what it is about San Francisco that I like so much, or then again maybe it’s pretty easy cause it’s everything about it that I like, the weather, the people, the atmosphere, just everything.
Or let me tell it this way. This was My second time around and when I arrived I was in a very bad mood, because My girlfriend had just left me for another and I was a million miles away from home – well I’ll tell you about that some other time – but right after checking in to the hotel and dropping of My luggage, I went for a walk around town, and after a few blocks I started smiling and feeling a bit better, that’s what San Francisco does for me, it makes me smile even though I’m very sad and bit lonely.
I made this shot on California Street, facing the Bay Bridge, I did it on a sunday night (around 1AM I think), where there is almost no traffic. If you look closer you can see that there is a guy in the truck on the right, and another getting into his car on the left a bit down the street.
It’s a 5 RAW exposures HDR, created in Photomatrix, I then imported all 6 images into Photoshop. where it I cleaned the HDR shoot for ghosting and other unpleasantness.
