First really good photography day in Mongolia

Today I had a really good day of photography. I had rented a car, and while I was sitting having breakfast and waiting for the driver to come and pick me up at my hotel, I came to talk to the guy at the next table, an American called Jan, he had some trouble catching up with his Mongolian friend. I told him that my plan was to go to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park and the Zaisan vista point, and he was welcome to tack along if he liked. he said he would love to, so off we went.

And I must say, the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park is a beauty and a must see if you are in the area, it’s the perfect place for some serious hiking.

Here are a few photos of Ulaan Baator from the Zaisan vista point, another must see if you find yourself in UB. Especially around sunset.
