Me and my Dog

Quick snap made with the LUMIX G VARIO 45-200mm f4.0-5.6 lens. This was the very first trip where I used that lens, and it was sort of a tester to see what quality I could get from it.
And I must say, I’m really impressed on the quality and functionality of this lens.

This photo was made hand-held at 200mm, which equals 400mm in a full frame setting, and the details are quiet good. when you take the camera, lens and the fact it was hand-held in consideration.

20131024_170425-EditBuy Print

I started making podcast with my good friend and fellow photographer Henrik Wessmann, We are both members – Henrik is the chairman - of a newly founded photo group here in Copenhagen called “Momento“. The main focus of the podcast is what has and what will happen in Momento, but we will also get around other stuff as along as they are photo related.

In this first episode we are introducing ourselves and the talk focus mainly on Momento.

The podcast is in Danish, so a big apology to all my non Danish visitors and to all my Danish visitors give it a listen at let me know what you think in the comments below.

Here’s a before and after comparison

Hot from the press!, I made this photo just 3 hours ago, I was out with a couple of friends in the part of Copenhagen called Ørestaden, it’s a newer part of the city with a lot of interesting architecture.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re in town and like to photograph architecture.

The reason for the title – which means “Mountain” in Danish – is that the building I’m standing in is called “Bjerget”.

Singapore Morning

Singapore1Buy Print

I arrived in Singapore very very early in the morning – before sunrise – and I wasn’t able to check in to My hotel before 2.pm, lucky I could drop of My baggage in the hotel lobby.
But the advantages of this early morning arrival was that I was able to get out and photograph some sunrise.

I didn’t really know where to go, I had too much clothes on – coming straight from Denmark, where the summers ain’t that hot – and starting sweating more and more as the day got older.

I walked around haphazardly, carrying all of My gear – would let anything stay in the hotel lobby – but still found some really cool spots, like the one you see above. and it was rather nice to walk around watching the city slowly wake up.
