Moon Over Times Square

My second day in the Dolomites, Just got access to some WiFi, and let me tell you, it is properly the slowest internet connection I have had for many, many years, it adds a whole new meaning to the idea of posting a new photo each day, when it takes a hole day to post the photo…….

But I wont let you down, without a fight……. I hope.

New York Taxi Cabs

When I was in New York (in 2011) I had this vision of making a photo of a street filed with yellow taxi cabs.
This is pretty close to the vision I had, two rows of taxis. And I’m more the happy with the way it turned out.

It’s a hand-held HDR made while I was crossing the pedestrian crossing, the lens is the Nikkor 14-24mm at 14, the ideal focal length would have been 24mm and the a bit more distance to the cars, but that wasn’t possible in the current situation.
