Let’s stay in flower mode for one more day, this one is from my first trip to The Faroe Islands back in 2010.

Woman Walking in a Park in Singapore

Played around with FocalPoint 2 from OnOne, to get some more attention on the woman.

FocalPoint 2 is still one of the best pieces of software out there to create defocus in a photo, well at least in My opinion.

Sit Down and Shut Up

This wasn’t that interesting a photo to begin with, then I started to play around with it in FocalPoint 2 – from OnOne – and something started to happen, I also cropped it to a square format and adjusted the colors quiet a bit.
I mean it’s not a master piece or anything, but it ended up good enough to be one the daily photos here on the blog.

  • Aperture: ƒ/10
  • Camera: NIKON D300
  • Taken: 28 September, 2008
  • Focal length: 50mm
  • ISO: 800
  • Shutter speed: 8s

I got a bit tired of this photo, the Manhattan skyline seen from Brooklyn, course I had seen it so many times before.
So I decided to put it through the FocalPoint 2 grinder and just defocus the whole thing, and this is what came out of it.

It’s a panorama made of 5 photos.

Sutter

In Frederiksberg garden – Denmark, there is this tree that parents and their children use to “sacrifice” their pacifier, when the kids are too old to use it.

“Sutter” is the Danish word for pacifiers.

This photo is “straight out of the box” meaning that I didn’t do anything except of adding contrast and a bit of color in the post process.
