Dolomite Sunrise

The only morning I manage to get some decent light, on my visit to , last year, was this one.
Luckily I was out and about, it took me about 2 hours to hike up to this spot, but it was well worth the effort. The view and the sunrise was fantastic, at first I was a bit boomed about being on the “wrong” side of the mountain, relative to the sunrise, but afterward I'm kind of glad I was, I make a lot of my sunrise (and sunset) photos straight into the sun, so this was a nice break.

Here's behind the scenes photo, for you. in the photo I'm actually making a time-lapse, you can see my Camranger hanging off the tripod – it's the white thing – There is also an analog camera lying around, I think it's the Vilia Auto 35 from Lomo. And of course my all so trusty F-stop Guru camera backpack.
