There was a thunder-storm happening above Angkor Wat, right as I was leaving the place – because they were closing – I asked Mab, My tuk-tuk driver if it was ok that I spend a few minutes trying to catch the lightning, I mean it would have been awesome to get a photo with a striking lightning above the main gate to Angkor Wat.
I didn't get a lightning, but I got something else. Because they were closing the place, all the cars on the parking lot behind me were leaving, and as they turned from the parking lot out to the road, their headlights hit the main gate adding just a little bit of Light to it. And because I was trying to catch a lightning I used Long Exposure times (30 sec.) and therefore got more than one car's light on the main gate, so they were ending up illuminating it quite a bit as you can see.
