Just before I went on my on my summer trips, I convinced my good friend Tobias, to get up early (4:45am) one morning, and go chase a nice sunrise.
I had spotted these cool looking silos on Amager in google earth and with The Photographer’s Ephemeris app for my iPad I knew the sun was rising right in between some of the silos, and tought it would make a really nice HDR photo.
unfortunately we weren’t able to get in on the compound where the silos were placed, so we had to find an alternative for silos or just a nice place with a cool view.
What we found was this small jetty, we were able to get on – click the geotag link below, to see where we stood – and from here we had a nice clean view to some wind turbines out on sea.
NB: this is not a HDR, and thanks for lending me your 80-200mm lens Tobias. I badly need one of those.
